Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

As orders are all handmade by a small family, expect orders to be shipped within 3-5 business days. For made-to-order items, they will be shipped within 5-10 business days. 

LOCAL SHIPPING

For orders over 60SGD, we offer free, tracked shipping. For all other orders, there will be a nominal charge of 4.00SGD for courier shipping. You can opt for express shipping at checkout for 5.00SGD. We do not deliver to restricted areas. 

An additional fee of 10SGD will be added to surcharge zones (Tuas, Changi Airport, Sentosa).

Shipping times: Regular courier (2-5 business days), Express (2-3 business days).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select countries. If you're outside of Singapore and are interested in placing an order, please send us a message. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Before placing an order, do check your delivery address and your phone number is correct. If you've incorrectly typed your address, your order will be delayed and you'll be charged 4.00SGD for shipping.
